Just Run

Just Run is Kirkintilloch Olympians’ inclusive, no-pressure running programme. In January we welcomed a new cohort to the Just Run: Couch to 5km programme. The next intake is for the Just Run: 5-10km programme.

Ready to build confidence and run further in a supportive group? This free 5-10km programme led by coach Susan Strath starts on Tuesday 21st April and lasts for 6 weeks.

Sessions take place on Tuesdays at 7pm and Thursdays at 6:30pm, meeting at Hillhead Community Centre.

Who’s it for?

✔️ Pace doesn’t matter

✔️ Friendly, inclusive & supportive group
