This form is for prospective members who have already completed a join enquiry form and attended aN INDUCTION session with the club.

I hereby make application for membership of Kirkintilloch Olympians. If accepted, I agree to be governed by the constitution and rules of the Club. I am aware that Kirkintilloch Olympians must be my first claim club.

The information you supply will be used by Kirkintilloch Olympians within the terms of the Data Protection Act 2018 and will be used for administrative purposes only. It will not be improperly disclosed or used for any commercial purpose.
